Change of pace. "A change of pace" is some activity or some work which is different from normal routine or schedule.
For example, this weekend we will go for a jolly outing trip instead of resting in our house, it will be a change of pace.

Even though we all have a lot of tasks to do in our show room, the big picture is customer care.

to "go the extra mile" means to do more than what someone expect from us. Do something outstanding. For example: We go the extra mile in customer service.

On the same page: If all the team members are “on the same page,” they are in agreement about something. For example: We have to work as one team until the undertaken task is successfully completed as we’re on the same page.
Safe bet: A “safe bet” means something that is going to happen in future. Some events probably happen. It’s a safe bet that Laptops will be much more technologically advanced in 5 years time.

Stay on your toes. Anything can happen at any time. Take all necessary precautions. Be prepared to tackle. 👍
state of the art: Something or some facility that is "state of the art" is modern, latest technology. We have a brand new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in our factory. Our company show room is equipped with state-of-the-art display system to expose products at its best to our visitors.

in full swing

If some work has been completely started, progressing steadily without any hurdle, moving very fast, it means work is being done “in full swing”.
